Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival. Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
Yes and No. We do allow up to two dogs per stay at our Outer Banks home, Canal Daze. There is a $200 pet fee that is required per stay. We currently do not allow dogs at our Tennessee cabin, Rocky Top Escape.
Our housekeepers charge an extra fee when your dogs come on vacation with you. This allows them to take the extra time and attention needed to make sure each guest has a clean a beautiful home for their vacation. The $200 pet fee is a flat fee per stay and covers up to two dogs. If you have a desire to bring an additional dog, it may be considered on a case by case basis. An extra fee may apply.
The security deposit is held for seven days from your check out date and after we are able to ensure there’s no damage or missing items from the property. This is a hold on your credit card, not a charge.
